Services Description
Flex Rent a Car offers vehicle rental services in Tunisia. We provide you with a diverse fleet of vehicles to meet your transportation needs. Our services include online booking, vehicle pickup and return, as well as optional additional services.
Eligibility
Age Requirement
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 20 years old. Some vehicles may have higher age requirements.
License Requirement
You must hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years. The license must be valid for the entire rental period.
User Account
To make a booking, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Booking Process
Step 1: Search
Select your pickup location, rental dates and vehicle preferences.
Step 2: Selection
Choose the vehicle that meets your needs from the available options.
Step 3: Information
Fill in your personal and payment information, and select optional additional services.
Step 4: Confirmation
Confirm your booking and make payment. You will receive a confirmation email.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing
Prices are indicated in Tunisian dinars (TND) and include VAT. Rates may vary according to season, availability and vehicle type. Displayed prices are indicative and may be changed without notice.
Payment Methods
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer. All card payments are processed securely via Click-To-Pay.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pickup. This deposit will be blocked on your card and released after vehicle inspection upon return, subject to absence of damage.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking under the following conditions:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup date
- Cancellation with 50% fee between 24 and 48 hours before pickup
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days following cancellation, according to your original payment method.
Vehicle Use and Responsibilities
Vehicle Condition
The vehicle will be delivered to you in good working condition. You are responsible for checking the vehicle's condition before taking possession and immediately reporting any problems.
Prohibited Uses
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Using the vehicle for illegal activities
- Transporting passengers for hire (taxi service)
- Driving off paved roads without authorization
- Subletting the vehicle to third parties
Damage and Liability
You are responsible for all damage to the vehicle during the rental period, except those covered by insurance. Repairs will be charged at market price.
Insurance
All our vehicles are covered by mandatory liability insurance. Additional insurance options are available at booking for enhanced protection.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flex Rent a Car will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or other consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and designs, is the property of Flex Rent a Car and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms.
Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
